Thank you for completing this agreement/model release. Model Team Members Please note that currently there is no fee for the Model Team participation however you must commit to using Sharon Wallace Photography for you Senior Pictures and you must pay the $350 Senior Session Retainer. (This includes a $200 product credit you can apply to a collection or a la carte item). This Agreement must be completed and the Senior Session Retainer received to participate on the SWP Model Team.

The client agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer.

If the Photographer cannot perform services due to sickness, weather, other casualty, act of God or other causes beyond the control of Sharon Wallace Photography, then the photographer shall attempt to reschedule the model team activity as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to participate in creative shoots & activities throughout the year. You will receive a few photos from each creative shoot you choose to participate in.

Under no circumstances shall Sharon Wallace Photography be held liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client's order

The retainer is non-refundable

Sharon Wallace Photography reserves all creative rights to for choosing which images will be presented to the client.

I give permission for Sharon Wallace Photography to use images or variations of the images from this session for publication in advertising materials, magazine submissions or publications, websites, blogs, portfolios, displays or any other promotional methods without compensation. I further waive all rights to review or approve any use of the images, or written copy or finished product.
