The client agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer.

If the Photographer cannot perform services due to sickness, weather, other casuality, act of God or other causes byond the control of Sharon Wallace Photography, then the photographer shall reschedule the portrait session as soon as possible.

Under no circumstances shall Sharon Wallace Photography be held liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client's order

The retainer is non-refundable

The client is responsible for additional fees and costs related to location choice such as photography permits, parking or admission fees.

Sharon Wallace Photography reserves all creative rights to for choosing which images will be presented to the client.

I give permission for Sharon Wallace Photography to use images or variations of the images from this session for publication in advertising materials, magazine submissions or publications, websites, blogs, portfolios, displays or any other promotional methods without compensation. I further waive all rights to review or approve any use of the images, or written copy or finished product.
